This is part of a brand-new team where you can be equal parts tech guru and customer whisperer. You'll be the person who dives into the deepest containers, wrangles Kubernetes like a pro, and makes DevOps teams breathe a sigh of relief. Your day might include onboarding a new customer, crafting smart observability strategies, and explaining complex concepts to a C-level executive without using interpretive dance (unless that's your thing, then we support it).
The role is open to all. You'll perhaps already be in a similar role, customer-driven, looking for the next step, and wanting to build on your existing knowledge. Or you could be working as a hands-on engineer, gaining a broader perspective and liaising directly with customers.
