The Role
Cinco Software is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help drive the sales process from a technical perspective. You'll partner with Account Executives to guide prospects from initial curiosity to signed contract-running live demos, owning proof-of-concepts, and clearing any technical hurdles that pop up. Because you're the pioneer for this function, you'll also build the playbook: crafting demo environments, tightening our pre-sales workflow, and feeding product insights back to engineering.

What You'll Tackle
- Craft Compelling Demos
- Build and maintain sandbox projects that showcase our natural-language-to-code workflow and smart implementation engine.
- Lead Technical Evaluations
- Run tailored demonstrations, map product capabilities to each prospect's stack, and steer proofs-of-concept from kickoff to success criteria sign-off.
- Remove Roadblocks
- Address questions on architecture, integrations, and security with crisp, confident explanations-during trials and early onboarding.
- Amplify Customer Feedback
- Capture insights from prospects and relay them to Product and Engineering so we can iterate quickly on roadmap priorities.
- Equip the Go-to-Market Team
- Produce reference architectures, solution briefs, and technical one-pagers that shorten the sales cycle.
- Ensure Early Wins
- Partner with new customers after signature to solidify best practices and drive fast adoption.
What Makes You a Fit
- Proven Track Record - Success in a Solutions Engineer / Architect role at a B2B SaaS company-ideally one selling developer or front-end tooling.
- Hands-On Coding Chops - Comfortable building full-stack projects (MERN preferred), slinging JSON, and living inside VS Code.
- Clear Storyteller - Translate deep technical topics into crisp value statements for engineers and business stakeholders alike.
- Natural Collaborator - Move easily between Sales, Product, and Engineering to keep deals-and feedback loops-flowing.
