Active Top Secret (TS) What You Will Do : Guidehouse is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) level with experience in supporting federal organizations. Your duties will be in support of a federal client in developing, operating, maintaining, and enhancing their suite of enterprise systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating new applications, algorithms, and optimize workflows and improved data analytics. This includes defining requirements for technical solutions, conducting research and deploying emerging technology, and enhancing the overall solution portfolio. Duties may include but are not limited to: Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
Design, build, implement, and maintain enterprise systems and processes to support client mission needs. Develop baseline and target architecture for enterprise, production environments.
Identify design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommended changes to ensure interoperability, scalability, and stability.
Support ATO and accreditation processes. What You Will Need : An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
TEN (10) or more years' experience architecting solutions based on customer-provided requirements and leading technical teams in designing, building, and implementing solutions.
TEN (10) or more years' experience with systems design and cloud architecture, cloud computing, networking, and security. designing and implementing automated pipelines for building and deploying, as well as supporting DevOps platforms.
TEN (10) or more years' experience engineering, configuring, and administering technology platforms including Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure. What Would Be Nice To Have : Cloud certifications for Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, Python, HTML, XML, JSON.
Experience with Splunk, GitLab, JFROG Artifactory and Xray, Hashicorp Vault, Boundary, Terraform, and/or Consul.
Experience with Nexus, JIRA, Crucible, Jenkins, Ansible and/or Ansible Tower.
Experience integrating third-party components, the introduction of new custom capabilities, modification of existing code, process improvement recommendation, and automation of operations and maintenance tasks.
Platform experience with Windows Server and Linux. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
