About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative enterprise technology solutions. In this role, you will lead architecture initiatives, ensure seamless systems integration, and guide the adoption of cloud technologies - particularly within Microsoft Azure environments. Your expertise in enterprise IT architecture, systems integration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end enterprise architecture frameworks that align with organizational goals and business requirements.
- Design and oversee the integration of complex IT systems, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and security.
- Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud solutions, including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security components.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform) to automate cloud infrastructure deployments.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical architectures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance system efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Provide mentorship to development and engineering teams on architectural best practices.
- Ensure system architectures meet compliance, risk management, and data governance requirements.
- Participate in technical pre-sales activities, solution design sessions, and proposal development as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in IT architecture, systems integration, and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Expertise in systems integration, API management, and distributed systems design.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, identity management, and cloud-native services.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
