Title: Solutions Architect

Location: Northeast Region (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Description:

• We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Technical Services team, focusing on configuring and implementing enterprise software solutions.

• This role involves collaboration throughout the implementation lifecycle, designing tailored configurations, and serving as a domain expert to support sales and operations.

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Configure enterprise software solutions to meet client requirements.

• Collaborate with operations teams throughout the implementation cycle.

• Design and document customized configurations and solutions.

• Develop and maintain user and configuration specifications.

• Act as a subject matter expert during sales cycles, providing product demonstrations and addressing technical inquiries.

• Support sales teams by configuring software for demonstrations and responding to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.

• Bridge communication between sales, operations, and product teams to convey customer requirements effectively.

• Develop scripts for product demonstrations and presentations.

• Represent the organization's vision through webinars, conferences, and client-specific initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in solutions consulting, software configuration, or a related field.

• Familiarity with life sciences, clinical operations, regulatory processes, or content management systems.

• Experience with B2B web applications and mobile apps is a plus.

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with a client-focused approach.

• Self-motivated and adaptable with a passion for technology and problem-solving.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both internally and externally.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and sales teams.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $45.57-65.10/Hr
