Role Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect (functionally titled as "Enterprise Architect") to join the Enterprise Applications team. This is not a high-level strategy-only role-it requires deep ownership, solutioning ability, and cross-functional collaboration to build and integrate business-critical systems. You'll be working at the intersection of engineering, HR, IT, and business teams to define scalable architectures and drive execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and integrate enterprise systems across HRIS, CRM, ITSM, and work management platforms (e.g., Workday/SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira/Atlassian, JAMA)
- Architect and document end-to-end solutions with a strong focus on REST APIs, data flows, and system interactions
- Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, integrated system solutions
- Define and lead integration patterns and data architecture decisions for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with engineering, business analysts, and PMs to drive implementation across multiple verticals
- Support portfolio-level initiatives and provide architectural input into roadmap planning and cross-system governance
- Act as a systems thinker and hands-on contributor-capable of building PoCs and detailed architecture artifacts
- Present technical architecture and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise/solution architecture with a focus on enterprise applications and systems integration
- Proven experience with RESTful API design, data mapping, and scalable integration between tools such as HRIS, CRM, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, JAMA, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of business process design, information architecture, and system workflows
- Ability to solution independently with minimal guidance-must be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership mindset; not just a planner or strategist, but a doer who drives outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Clarity PPM or general portfolio/program management platforms
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
- Knowledge of Agile and ScrumBan hybrid methodologies
- Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or enterprise tech environments a plus
