Role Overview:As the first Solutions Architect at Reflection, you'll have the opportunity to shape the culture and structure of how Reflection ensures Enterprise customers are successful, and have major influence over the direction and evolution of Reflection's products. We are hiring an experienced Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with our enterprise customers and help scale the adoption of AI code understanding and coding agents across large organizations. You'll bring a track record of designing and delivering complex software solutions to Enterprises, along with the leadership experience to guide teams and influence decision-making.This is a strategic and high-impact role. You'll partner with technical leaders at some of the world's most advanced engineering organizations and collaborate closely with Reflection's product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to shape how autonomous agents are deployed and scaled across industries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical architecture, integration, and deployment of Reflection's autonomous agents within enterprise environmentsServe as the senior technical point of contact for customers during both pre-sales and post-sales engagementsScope and deliver complex pilot programs and production implementations, often across multiple stakeholders and systemsDevelop reusable solution patterns, playbooks, and onboarding frameworks to accelerate adoptionBuild a team of solutions architects and engineers to scale with customer growth.Collaborate closely with engineering, research, and product teams to ensure customer needs inform roadmap priorities.Qualifications10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consultingProven track record of leading complex enterprise software integrations from discovery through deploymentStrong coding background (Python preferred) and ability to work across APIs, infrastructure, and cloud environmentsExperience leading small teams in implementing solutions directly for customers.Excellent communication and project management skills across technical and executive audiencesComfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where ownership and initiative are critical.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with LLMs, ML systems, or autonomous agent frameworksBackground in developer platforms, security engineering, or internal toolsExperience working with regulated industries or highly complex enterprises.Prior experience at a high-growth startup.What We OfferThe opportunity to shape the future of autonomous software development at the frontier of AICollaboration with a team of world-class engineers and researchers from leading AI labsCompetitive compensation, equity, and benefitsA fast-moving, collaborative culture focused on real-world impact and technical excellenceCompensation:The expected salary range for this role is $200k - $250k, depending on experience, skills, and location.
