You will support the Head of Strategic Distribution throughout any deal process and function as the program/project resource for your team. While the Head of Strategic Distribution oversees all commercial aspects of a potential transaction, as a Solutions Architect you will oversee all client project delivery in partnership with the engineering team leader.
LMAX Group is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive client requirements within our fast-evolving digital exchange environment. This hybrid role combines technical expertise, project, and program management to shape and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient cross-asset exchange solutions focused on distributed ledger technology (DLT) and tokenized finance.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact in pre-sales activities
- Conduct client workshops and product demonstrations
- Create customized proposals for enterprise clients
- Lead presentations with enterprise clients in the telco/tech sectors
Project & Product Management:
- Oversee end-to-end project execution and delivery
- Manage timelines, scope, resources, and risks
- Support Product Owner and Head of Strategic Distribution
- Maintain product features based on client feedback and business strategy
- Drive product delivery for strategic blockchain initiatives
- Manage territorial and regulatory considerations
Stakeholder & Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the wider Web3 ecosystem
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and client needs
- Create and manage deliverables based on multiple prospect requirements
- Support the tokenization strategy for real-world assets and their exchange mechanisms
Requirements:
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of distributed ledger technology (DLT), tokenization, and distributed finance (DeFi) principles
- Experience with Layer 1 protocols
- Deep understanding of tokenization mechanisms and standards
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols and infrastructure
- Familiarity with enterprise blockchain solutions and regulatory frameworks
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in solution architecture, project/program management, and pre-sales engineering
- Strong background in traditional finance or fintech
- Proven track record of enterprise solution delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Web3 native with comprehensive knowledge of the crypto ecosystem
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
