Apex Systems has a contract to hire Data Solutions Architect opening with a client based in Tennessee. This position will support the integration of Several Adobe Products into a robust cloud environment, with an emphasis on Adobe Journey Optimizer and its interaction with data hosted within their cloud data environment (AWS+ Snowflake)
Type: Contract to hire.
Overview: - Work as the Technical Subject Matter Expert in partnership with our Product Owners and IT Solution Owners to define the technical design for our data driven products and applications.
- Provide architectural leadership to the project development teams for successful implementation per the specified design.
- Lead large scale technology solutions primarily within Adobe Suite, specifically Journey Optimizer
- Work with our product organization to develop business requirements into architecture
- Define solution level architecture for project teams including guidance on development tools, target platforms, operations, and security.
- Provide technical and architectural oversight for systems and projects that are required to be reliable, massively scalable, highly available (99.999% uptime), and maintainable.
- Enforce best practices and principles to enable consistent delivery and enable alignment with long term direction
- Stay up to date on new tools & techniques in the data space. Conduct proof of concept activities with key business users in support of advanced use cases.
Qualifications- BS in Computer Science, Data, Analytics, Mathematics, or related degree from an accredited university required, MS + preferred
- 5+ years of experience architecting, designing, and developing large scale solutions utilizing a mixture of Big Data, Machine Learning, and Relational database platforms
- Ability to lead large scale technology solutions within Adobe Suite with a focus on Journey Optimizer.
- Experience with Adobe implementations and configurations.
- Direct experience with AWS and Databricks
- Direct experience with Snowflake is preferred
Required Skills : -Previous Implementation and solutioning experience of Customer Data Platform (CDP) -They are implementing Abobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) but willing to see similar tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.); Any Abode experience is highly preferred -Cloud Data Warehousing experience and ability to model data for analytics -Ability to talk through differences in tools/CDP applications and make recommendations
