Solutions Architect

In this role with our IntelliSpace ECG (ISECG) solutions, you will assess customer needs to support the development of the appropriate set of products and service solutions to be designed based on performance data, first-hand review and analysis, customer feedback and industry best practices.

Your role:
  • Provides leadership in the selling effort to accurately estimate services & solutions offerings in the market. Solutions can be comprised of Philips products, systems, software along with one or more 3rd party products, implementation services, maintenance services and other value-added offerings.
  • Assesses client's business, clinical and technical needs, business goals, performance and strategies as they pertain to our solution offerings. Executes complex data-driven problem solving to address client's operational, clinical and business needs.
  • Applies domain expertise to the sales process concerning solutions & services and the level of effort in an engagement to assure customer success and positive business results. Utilizes Philips standard methodologies to accomplish business goals.
  • Differentiates required tactical services from value-add solutions when proposing solutions to clients and prepares content and presents the Solution and Services capability of the Philips offering to prospective clients at all levels within the client organization leadership or through sales.
  • Responsible for scoping multiple projects that are complex in nature due to scope/financial value; leading assessments, performing customer stakeholder analysis and communications planning. Participates in customer requirements analysis, leads solution design, establishes project labor baseline and authors Statement of Work reflecting specific deliverables of the project.
  • Identify contracts and services gaps. Design and deploy new services offering to support the business growth.
You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, leadership positions in healthcare organizations and experience in services delivery processes with a focus on Project Management.
  • Your skills include a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare, developing healthcare solutions and services with a proven client execution track record, developing and executing complex project plans, statements of work and comfort working with analytics on large data sets. Strong experience with business analytics software platforms and healthcare industry & system business process. PMP preferred.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Clinical Practice or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience, Post graduate degree preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're an independent worker that clearly define objectives and develops & completes projects in a timely manner and in budget.
How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $106,000 to $171,000.

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $112,000 to $180,000.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $118,000 to $189,000.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $126,000 to $201,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
