9 Months with possible extension Pays: $100/hr - $105/hr W2 Description : This role serves as SME for TA, responsible to configure and implement iCIMS or Beamery solutions to support and enable the business with considerations towards best architecture practices, efficiency, scalability, and supportability.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Serve as a SME for TA system solution architecture, ensuring scalability and avoiding tech debt
- Diagnose problems, recommend appropriate solutions and help enable faster decision-making
- Lead proof of concepts and document potential solutions
- Document all potential solutions for a given problem
- Work alongside application developers and engineers to contribute to delivery
- Stay up-to-date with iCIMS releases and continuously look for opportunities to improve tech solutions and landscape
- Work with global and remote teams and stakeholders
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 3+ years of hands-on ICIMS experience, deep expertise in capabilities and configurability to meet complex requirements
- 2+ years of experience partnering directly with recruiting and/or HR organizations
- Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expertise in all phases of application development with ability to identify system dependencies as part of solution architecture.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience on other systems like Beamery, Workday, etc.
- Knowledge of the overall HR technology ecosystem
- Expertise in working on other functional areas (HR) and Integrations/Technical components
