Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of a new software asset management tool, ensuring a smooth transition from the current system.
- Manage and validate software entitlement data, ensuring compliance and addressing any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Assist in the financial administration of software renewals and purchasing processes.
- Develop and refine integrations with other systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in software access management tools and general financial processes.
- Strong experience with SharePoint, MS Office, and SAP purchase requisition modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAMPro and familiarity with Nintex forms for purchase processes.
- Background in asset management and software compliance.
- Strong relationship management skills to foster partnerships across the organization.
