Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven
Senior Data Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and modern enterprise data environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Architectural Leadership
- Translate epics and features into actionable architecture with minimal guidance.
- Design and document end-to-end data flows, particularly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Present architectural solutions to executive stakeholders through compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Microsoft 365 Expertise
- Manage Teams site creation, data lifecycle, and GenAI enablement.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise collaboration and compliance standards.
- Enterprise Data Strategy
- Lead the implementation and operation of enterprise data platforms, including data marketplace, catalog, masking/anonymization, synthetic data generation, and MDM solutions.
- Drive adoption of advanced data concepts such as data observability, data fabric, and data anonymization.
- Innovation & Governance
- Act as a thought leader in DataOps and Master Data Management.
- Monitor emerging technologies and enforce best practices across data platforms.
- Ensure continuity and reliability of existing systems.
Required Qualifications - Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. At this time, we can only accept the following work authorizations: US Citizens, GC Holders, GC EAD.
- This role is remote, but open to only candidates within the continental states located in either EST or CST time zones.
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or data governance.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Informatica IICS, Informatica MDM, or Delphix.
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data security, and compliance.
- Experience with broader architecture beyond Snowflake/SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse technology delivery teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for executive audiences.
