Job Summary:
The Solution Architect will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, developers, and business stakeholders, to provide technical leadership, requirement breakdown, and deployment automation.
Key Responsibilities:
†Manage Salesforce CRM, including configuration, development, and client communication.
†Customize and optimize Salesforce using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
†Develop business process solutions, including requirement breakdown, estimation, proposal, and SOW generation.
†Provide advisory and customization expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
†Create and review technical solution documents, ensuring best practices are followed.
†Develop estimates for requirements and contribute to proposal creation.
†Collaborate with the DevOps team to establish deployment pipelines and automate deployment processes.
†Conduct pull request (PR) and code reviews, providing approvals for technical implementations.
†Ensure adherence to best practices through review and modification of requirement implementations.
†Deliver solutions for functional and non-functional requirements, resolving technical issues during development.
†Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
†Monitor project progress, manage risks, address blockers, and resolve conflicts.
†Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
†Support UAT and production deployments, addressing any issues that arise.
Required Qualifications:
†14+ years of IT experience, with expertise in Salesforce CRM.
†Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
†Strong background in Salesforce development using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and LWC.
†Proven ability to design and implement scalable, integrated solutions.
†Experience in business process solutioning, including estimation, proposal creation, and SOW generation.
†Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines and DevOps automation.
†Strong leadership skills, with experience in Agile project management and team coordination.
†Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving technical issues in development.
†Experience in conducting PR and code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed.
†Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
†Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
†Knowledge of advanced Salesforce security models and best practices.
†Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.
†Exposure to large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
†Experience in working with UAT and production deployment support.
