In this role as a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing business solutions on the Client Success Platform (CSP - powered by Salesforce) and the Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) platform. Partnering with CSP product owners, key business stakeholders, and the Lead Technical Architect, this role requires the ability to create and implement scalable, innovative solutions for new features and enhancements across the platforms, drive technical excellence to ensure platform sustainment, conduct technical reviews and develop proof of concepts to leverage new technologies. The Solutions Architect will also serve as a product owner on targeted projects and contribute to the improvement of project management processes within the Salesforce team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Marketing: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that enhance the Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) platform.
  • Support and Enhance MCAE: Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the MCAE platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business.
  • Business Solutions Architect: Act as a business solutions architect, designing and implementing solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Technical Architect: Work in partnership with the technical architect to develop and implement solutions within the platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Development and Deployment: Lead the development and deployment of new features and enhancements within the Customer Success Platform (CSP) to support business requirements and improve overall performance.
  • Technical Review: Conduct technical reviews of user stories to ensure they are feasible, well-defined, and aligned with business needs.
  • Product Owner Role: Serve as a product owner when necessary, taking responsibility for the vision, roadmap, and prioritization of features and enhancements.
  • Project Management Improvements: Identify and implement improvements in the management of projects to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall project success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive development experience on the Salesforce platform. Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer, and Salesforce Platform App Builder are desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) and Jacobs Customer Success Platform (CSP).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and deploying new features and enhancements within complex platforms.
  • Strong technical review and analytical skills.
  • Ability to serve as a product owner and manage project priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement improvements in project management processes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in marketing technology and platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
