Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Architect to join our dynamic team.
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable business solutions using Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective low-code/no-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Architect and design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies to address business challenges.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and dashboards utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services such as Azure and Dynamics 365, as well as with third-party systems.
- Define and enforce development best practices for Power Platform, including considerations for security, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other solution architects to gather requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Power Platform tools and implementations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Monitor emerging features and updates across the Power Platform, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Required Qualifications - Proven experience architecting and developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure services and Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience in integrating Power Platform with external systems and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead solution design in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and performance tuning.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Azure.
- Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices in low-code environments.
- Exposure to data modeling and data transformation techniques.
