Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Mechanical Superintendent located in PA. The Solar Mechanical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring construction safety compliance, managing solar mechanical project scopes, conducting inspections, and supervising the workforce on-site.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Solar Project Management experience
- Construction Safety knowledge
- Experience in the solar mechanical construction with focus on pile, racking and module installation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Manage daily production and performance of installation crew.
Premium Daily Per Diem paid for food, lodging, rotational travel
