Our salespeople's primary responsibility is to set appointments and delight our clients.
A Direct Seller must be able to manage their time and generate appointments through referrals and other self-generated devices.
An ideal candidate for this job will have great passion for selling, be great with people, and love to sell for a firm that is the best in its class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go door to door, connect on social media, LinkedIn, etc. to generate appointments.
- Schedule appointment with qualified homeowners.
- Gather information from prospective customers to identify the solar energy needs.
- Present the homeowners with custom proposal.
- Qualify customers through our Finance team.
- Become an expert who understands solar energy efficiency, giving you the ability to show customers how to reduce their energy costs at no additional cost.
- Complete paperwork timely and perfectly, honoring your clients and our highly valued administrative staff.
- Close the deal
Qualifications:
- Entry Level Sales
- A passion for sales, solar, and making a difference.
- Self-Driven and organized
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth company environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and the internet.
