Software Tester Our client is hiring a Software Tester to join their team onsite in Plano, TX Mon-Thurs and WFH on Fridays. This is a bilingual position. Only candidates who are native or bilingual Korean speaking will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:- Conduct compatibility testing for wearable and accessories devices, ensuring they meet set standards and procedures.
- Follow logging procedures and utilize internal issue management systems to track and resolve software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate closely with team members within the department to ensure seamless operations and effective problem-solving.
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Conduct testing as per defined standards and procedures, ensuring thorough and accurate results.
- Analyze testing results and submit detailed reports to the development team for further action.
- Create test designs, processes, cases, and test-product documentation to support ongoing testing efforts.
- Register detected bugs/issues and follow up with fix regressions to ensure software quality.
- Perform software testing across all phases of the design-develop-test-release-maintain software life cycle.
- Respond to urgent requests with direction and communicate actively with R&D to troubleshoot issues.
Requirements and Qualifications:- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Education/Experience:- Experience in the QA industry.
- Preferred: Previous Samsung experience in QA.
- Preferred: Android or iOS application development experience.
- Additional Expertise: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (regardless of field).
