Mid-Level Quality Assurance Analyst - Elevate Software Quality & User Experience.

If you answered yes, then it's time to make a move. We're looking for a Mid-Level Quality Assurance Analyst who thrives on problem-solving, precision, and collaboration. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our QA team-ensuring our software meets the highest standards while working closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Test & Validate Software - Perform smoke, integration, regression, and acceptance testing to ensure top-quality releases.
  • Find & Track Bugs - Document issues in Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools, ensuring developers have clear, actionable insights.
  • Develop Test Plans - Design, maintain, and execute test cases, procedures, and automation scripts for functional, performance, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with Teams - Work alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders to refine software before launch.
  • Ensure Release Readiness - Analyze test results and confidently communicate when software is ready for production.
  • Investigate Issues - Assist developers with problem resolution and troubleshooting when unexpected behaviors occur.
  • Maintain Testing Documentation - Ensure all test results and quality reports are clear, accessible, and easy to understand.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in software QA or testing.
  • Proficiency in manual testing and exposure to automated testing (Selenium, Cypress, or Postman is a plus).
  • Familiarity with issue tracking systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, ClickUp, or Bugzilla).
  • Understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) workflows.
  • Basic SQL skills for database validation.
  • Experience with web and mobile application testing (iOS, Android).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze issues critically.
  • Excellent communication - ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and methodologies.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience with Azure, .NET, or Xamarin mobile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of API testing and working with RESTful services.
  • Exposure to security or performance testing methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
