Seeking a Software Systems Validation Engineer, where you'll play a vital role in developing next-generation HVAC solutions for commercial applications.


This position is a 12 months contract and will be onsite in Dallas, TX.

Candidates must be willing to attend an onsite interview for their final round.


  • Validate Embedded Systems: Ensure the performance, reliability, and robustness of embedded controllers powering advanced HVAC systems.
  • Lead Testing Initiatives: Develop and execute validation strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Enhance Quality Standards: Drive continuous improvements in validation processes, tools, and methodologies to exceed industry benchmarks.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage validation strategies tailored to embedded HVAC controllers.
  • Develop and maintain key test deliverables, including:
  • Test Plans aligned with system requirements and specifications.
  • Test Cases (manual and automated) for functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Bug Reports with actionable insights and root cause analyses.
  • Test Reports summarizing validation outcomes.
  • Build and optimize automated test frameworks for improved efficiency and coverage.
  • Debug complex hardware-software interactions using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
  • Collaborate with system architects, hardware engineers, and developers to define and refine testing requirements.
  • Stay aligned with project schedules, delivering high-quality results on time.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in system-level validation, with a focus on embedded systems.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
  • Familiarity with protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and BLE.
  • Advanced debugging skills for hardware-software integration.
