About Pace Scheduler

Pace Scheduler is a modern, cloud-based scheduling platform used by law enforcement agencies across the U.S. We build deep, mission-critical software that simplifies 24/7 scheduling for police, fire, and other public safety teams. Our fully remote team is focused on a single product- Pace Scheduler -so you'll become an expert in a system that users rely on every day. You'll join a close-knit remote team of 15 backed by the financial stability of our 40-year-old parent company, Pace Systems.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Pace Scheduler users, ensuring our customers can effectively use the product.
  • Learn the ins and outs of our software to provide expert guidance on features, configuration, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the development team to report bugs, test fixes, and refine features based on user feedback.
  • Onboard and train clients through a series of online trainings.
  • Identify common user challenges and help improve our knowledge base, FAQs, and support processes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to support requests (email, phone, chat), maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Own customer problems from start to finish, following up to ensure every issue is fully resolved.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $68k-$78k per year (depending on experience).
