POSITION & REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY: Join a rapidly growing company in the healthcare industry. As a key member of the Elevate Healthcare team, the Software Support Engineer will work alongside internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality products and services. This role will involve collaborating with various departments such as Engineering, Product Management, and Internal QA to drive and maintain top-notch quality performance. By leveraging quality tools, this individual will play an integral role in shaping and enhancing the quality culture at Elevate Healthcare.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Support and operate our own developed applications
• Analyze, document and solve problems coming from customers
• Work closely with developers and testers
• Perform updates and system maintenance
REQUIREMENTS • confident in a Linux environment (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• basics of TCP/IP networking
• experienced in writing scripts (e.g. Bash, Python)
• worked with MySQL or another database
• communicate in English both written and spoken
• curious and are not afraid of deeper technical challenges
• think with a customer-friendly attitude
• motivated to learn and find solutions independently
PREFERRED • 1-3 years of experience in operating Linux systems
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure environment
• Specialized higher education
• Experience in automation or programming
• Virtualization (e.g. VMware) or container technology (Docker, Kubernetes)
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
GENERAL:
