Description Our client, a Fortune 500 company and a leader in the IT Industry is seeking to hire a
Software Subscription Renewal Specialist. This is a
100% REMOTE position that will work from
8am-5pm Monday - Friday. This position
pays $20/hour and will include benefits. We are seeking a candidate who has experience in a pre-sales or post-sales support role and has held software subscription renewals or quoting duties in the past.
Role Overview Subscription Renewal Specialist will focus on current customers and sales to consult and sell all renewal subscription options including multiyear and coterminous renewals and capture takeover business. Subscription Renewal Specialist will also assist in maintaining customer data and pre/post-sales support including general administration support to Sales and our customers.
Key Areas of Responsibility Subscription Renewal Specialist key area of responsibility is to support the pursuit and closure of a subscription sale emphasizing the value of the renewal. This includes but is not limited to quoting renewals, entering Cisco cases, and handling general sales requests.
Responsibilities Consulting with sales team, providing renewal quotes, overcoming objections and adjusting proposal as required to ensure best solution is presented to the customer.
Track and provide status updates on all open opportunities.
Working knowledge of all 3rd party tools.
Collaborate on sales strategies and coordinate quotes and sales opportunities with Sales teams in effort to drive Renewal Rate.
Process pre-sales tasks and post-sales requests
Develop Fundamental working knowledge of Cisco subscription solutions we resell to our customers.
Oversee subscription email inbox and respond to basic sales questions around process or entitlement.
Attend trainings - Partner and Internal meetings.
Uncover additional sales/training opportunities when responding to quote requests.
Respond to email/phone inquiries from internal and external coworkers/associates.
Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers and coworkers.
Develop business relationships with internal and external associates.
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience inside a Sales or Sales Support role.
- Some experience in a software subscription position working on renewals or the quoting process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional relationship with all departments.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven success managing and working a pipeline
- Time management skills are required, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in technology sales support.
- Ability to work independently
- CSEP Certification
- Working knowledge of Software Subscriptions
