About The Job

As a Software Sales Consultant, you will act as a professional business adviser, diving into the specific requirements of clients to demonstrate the perfect fit of the Odoo platform for their business needs, whether they are large or small. Our approach is methodical and consultative, emphasizing genuine human connection to guide customers through the Odoo experience.

Your role will involve working at the forefront of software solutions, engaging with clients across various industries. You will learn to successfully sell Odoo's extensive software offerings and create value for customers at every stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other consultants to drive the growth and adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from conversion to initial closing and post-sale account management for upselling opportunities.
  • Analyze prospects' business operations and develop customized Odoo implementation packages for demonstration.
  • Sell a diverse range of SaaS solutions to multiple industries within the American region.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving and optimizing the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets in this quota-carrying role.
  • Engage in regular team reviews to discuss business progress and share best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A thorough understanding of business operations.
  • Knowledge of the software landscape across different verticals.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, analyze effectively, and communicate efficiently.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to achieving objectives.
  • Creative thinker with an ability to strategize effectively.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role within a SaaS provider.
  • 1+ years of experience in a closing sales position at a SaaS provider.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $66,000-$94,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $42,000-$70,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, and business needs.
