Software QA Analyst III Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US The Opportunity: Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Software QA Analyst supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Provide test and evaluation of ongoing research and development projects Develop and document comprehensive test plans and procedures Conduct complex testing across multiple platforms and applications Evaluate and document test results with detailed analysis Prepare in-depth studies, plans, and analyses in support of delivery orders Lead testing efforts for both legacy and modern applications Implement and execute automated testing strategies Validate system requirements through comprehensive testing Identify and document software defects and issues Track and verify bug fixes and system enhancements Collaborate with development teams on quality improvements Mentor junior QA team members Contribute to the development of QA standards and processes Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field More than 5 years of experience in software quality assurance Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies Experience with test automation tools and frameworks Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities Desired: Experience with DoD/Navy programs Software testing certifications (ISTQB, etc.) Knowledge of Agile testing practices SAFe certification Experience with performance testing Security testing knowledge Familiarity with test management tools Experience testing legacy systems Additional Information: This position offers an opportunity to ensure the quality of critical Navy maintenance systems. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
