Software & Project Manager with Security Clearance

POSITION: Enterprise Software and Project Manager
LOCATION: Chantilly, VA CLEARANCE: TS/SCI required with SAP eligibility (as validated in DoD personnel security systems) Overview
The Stacia Group, LLC is seeking a broadly experienced Enterprise Software and Project Manager in Chantilly, VA. Government-centric, courteous, responsive, professional, and superior leadership skills are essential. This is a non-telework position. Principle Responsibilities and Duties
• Overall Subject Matter Expert and Enterprise Manager for all Agency software-related efforts. Coordinates with customers to identify software needs, explores available Vendor options, confirms Approved Products List acceptance or generates justification package for deployment consent. Works with Agency Finance Team to procure licenses and supports installation on a variety of computing systems in UNCLAS, SECRET, TOP SECRET/SCI, and other sensitive IT environments. Collaborates with Agency Business Management Team to ensure deployed software assets are properly tracked and license renewals are managed to support Agency operations.
• Lead for Agency's ServiceNow Administration and Developer efforts. Supports Agency's ServiceNow deployment by managing in-house developers to create effective IT, HR, Asset Management and other enterprise solutions. Administers Agency's ServiceNow instances by completing routine operations such as User Administration leaving more complex activities to in-house technical SMEs. Willing to complete fully-funded ServiceNow System Administrator Boot Camp and certification exam within 3 months of arrival on-site. Successful completion of the certification is fundamental to remaining on the contract.
• Supports other Agency IT-associated project management missions. Contributes to Agency's project management team. Capable of leading small to medium projects related to various application, system provisioning, network, and infrastructure deployments that result from Agency's rapid growth in multiple locations.
• Adapts to the ever-changing requirements of the Customer's national security mission to provide robust, cradle-to-grave IT-related support across all aspects of the Agency's Enterprise Operations Cell.
• Provides other, general support to the Agency's Enterprise Operations Cell to execute the Agency's mission as required.
Qualifications
• MUST be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active TS Security Clearance with SCI and other Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
• 10+ years of experience required to include 3-5 years network, customer support, or application services. Project Management experience very helpful.
• Extensive experience and familiarity with software deployment and management, and SharePoint.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT II Certification required (CCNA-Security; CySA (aka CSA+); GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE; CND; or SSCP at a minimum).
• Superb professionalism and motivation. Proactive staff engagement and independent mission capable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience developing, testing, executing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Appreciates the power of procedures to standardize and assure success across a large team.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a professional network across organizational boundaries.
