Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
- Lead teams of software developers and engineers to define, refine, and implement customer requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client and business requirements.
- Facilitate Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and drive process improvements to R&D and rapid prototyping.
- Track project progress, performance, and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, status updates, and post-mortems.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or 10+ years related professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within software development or IT environments.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the data analytics field and experience in developing and executing data analytics strategy and leading data analytics program efforts in a small (5 or more reports) agile team environment.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence Experience with the development and maintenance of documentation, artifacts, and reports on sprints, epics, and milestones.
- Scrum Master and Product Owner experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with risk management and change management processes.
Preferred Qualifications: - PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience in software development or engineering roles or data lifecycle.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
