Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and development of our decarbonization software solutions for enterprise customers. You will ensure alignment with company objectives and customer needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and development of our decarbonization software solutions for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop and launch new product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
- Engage with enterprise customers to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our decarbonization software products and inform data-driven product decisions.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on decarbonization and sustainability, representing the company at industry events and customer engagements.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of Software Product Management experience in the SaaS industry
- 4-year Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of agile or scrum methodologies
- Product Trio Experience

- Software product management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) / Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO
- BI portal or reporting experience

A software product manager needs a blend of technical and managerial skills to effectively oversee product development. Here are some key technical skills:
- Software Development Knowledge: Understanding programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, using tools like SQL, Excel, or data visualization software.
- Technical Architecture: Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and integration processes.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding UX principles to ensure the product is user-friendly and meets customer needs.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management frameworks.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Knowledge of the stages of product development from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Quality Assurance: Understanding testing processes and tools to ensure product quality.
Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid work policy, requiring employees to work on-site for 2 days a week. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
