About this Position We're looking for a full-stack software engineer to join our software integrations team. You will be a major contributor to our customers' experience as they interact with their physical security system each day. As a member of the software integrations team, you will:
- Extend the reach of our core access control products by developing integrations with critical third-party surveillance systems, alarms, intercoms, and business management systems.
- Work with a broad range of innovative hardware and software technologies in the physical security industry.
- Help industry partners utilize our developer tools and integrate access control into their own products.
- Develop tools for critical business functions that have internal and external visibility.
Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- The ability to quickly evaluate third-party products and identify integration opportunities.
- The ability to easily adapt to unfamiliar development environments.
- A deep understanding of authentication patterns and API architectures, including OAuth and REST.
- Considerable experience with front-and and back-end JavaScript technologies, including TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
- Attention to detail with regards to user experience and interface design.
- A strong command of the English language and the ability to communicate clearly with both fellow engineers and business partners.
