About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-savvy Software Implementation Specialist who understands business operations and can optimize our existing software to align with the company's workflows. This person will also identify and recommend new software solutions as needed, ensuring smooth implementation and seamless transitions. Their work will enhance efficiency, streamline communication, and support the needs of a rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize HubSpot to align with operational processes and data-driven approach.

• Work closely with different departments (Client Care, Marketing, HR, and Leadership) to understand their needs and translate them into software solutions.

• Set up and automate workflows, pipelines, reports, and integrations to improve efficiency.

• Troubleshoot software issues and optimize system functionality.

• Train team members in best practices and new system features.

• Ensure data integrity as the business scales, new funnels, processes, and people are introduced.

• Facilitate smooth adoption of HubSpot and other software across teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with HubSpot (CRM, workflows, reporting, automation, integrations).

• Organized, detail oriented, proactive approach to setup

• Strong understanding of business operations and process optimization-especially in a service-based industry.

• Ability to analyze workflows and implement scalable solutions.

• Experience in software implementation, system administration, or business operations.

• Tech-savvy problem solver with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication skills to translate tech solutions for non-technical teams.

• Familiarity with other operational tools and integrations.
