Project Manager - Supply Chain Software Implementation

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in leading full-cycle software implementations, preferably in Supply Chain Planning within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can autonomously manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring seamless coordination from business requirements gathering through go-live and support handover.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end software solution implementations, working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and change management experts. Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management - Develop, execute, and oversee project plans that drive Supply Chain Planning transformation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Full-Cycle Implementation - Lead software deployment from business requirements formalization, solution fit/gap analysis, build, testing, change management, and go-live to post-launch support handover.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as the central point of coordination, aligning global and regional stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, system integrators, and end-users.

Risk & Issue Management - Identify roadblocks and risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies while providing timely escalations to senior leadership.

Status Reporting & Communication - Deliver clear, data-driven progress updates at all levels, from detailed task-level reporting for project teams to high-level executive briefings.

Project Management Best Practices - Apply industry-leading frameworks, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and best practices to ensure structured execution and continuous improvement.

Change Management & Adoption - Ensure seamless adoption of new solutions by collaborating with change management teams, training resources, and business leaders to support end-user transition.

Cultural & Team Leadership - Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment, promoting open communication, problem-solving, and continuous learning in alignment with company values.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, leading enterprise software implementations within an FMCG or Supply Chain Planning environment.

Proven experience managing full-cycle implementations, from business requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning tools & processes, including Demand, Supply, Production Scheduling, Deployment, and Materials/Resource Planning.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, coordinate, and align cross-functional teams across global and regional organizations.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, SAP, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills, with the ability to anticipate, mitigate, and escalate issues as needed.

Strong communication and reporting abilities, including experience presenting to executive leadership.

Experience working with IT teams and external vendors in a software development and integration environment.

Change Management & User Adoption experience is highly desirable.
