Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Proven track record delivering client portals in the financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Azure PaaS/IaaS services, CMS, and enterprise-grade LMS platforms.
- Deep knowledge of HA/DR strategies, CDN technologies (e.g., Akamai), and secure authentication systems (e.g., Okta, Auth0).
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements impacting financial services and global digital experiences.
- Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Experience with personalized content delivery, OTT platforms, and LMS tools that support rich media learning.
