Software Engineering Manager (Hybrid - Bridgeport, CT) Huxley has partnered with an award-winning, tech-centric insurance brand as they begin their search for their next Software Engineering Manager to lead a talented tech team.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Lead and mentor a team of onsite and offshore developers
- Drive development of existing systems and greenfield projects
- Present technical deliveries to business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on tech and business goals
Required:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience, 3 or more of those being in leadership settings
- Strong expertise in C /.NET Core, Azure cloud services and deployments, CI/CD pipeline builds, and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Hybrid (3 days in office) in the Bridgeport, CT area
