Title: Cloud Platform Engineer
Location: Wilmington DE Onsite
Duration: 4+ Months

Must-have skills:
AWS Elastic Kubernetes, Cloud Design and Build, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Platform Architecture, Integration Architecture Implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Configure and set up the AWS platform environment to meet organizational requirements and stage for eGain migration.
Ensure that the platform is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
Provide technical support, write python widgets and troubleshooting during the setup phase to address any issues that arise.
Work closely with project managers to ensure that contractor roles align with the changing requirements of the migration process.

Skills Set:
AWS EKS, cloud infrastructure, and cloud platform architect roles involve designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions, including Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure, and platforms.
Key responsibilities include designing scalable and secure architectures, automating infrastructure provisioning, optimizing resource utilization, and collaborating with various teams to ensure business goals are met.
Proficient in Amazon Web Services skills for more than one technology as well as multiple design techniques
Working proficiency in Amazon Web Services toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks.
Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security.
Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages.
Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of software.
