Software Engineer with Active Secret Clearance with Security Clearance

Our aerospace client is looking for a Software Engineer with Active Secret Clearance who will play a pivotal role in performing software development and hardware/computer in loop design and testing activities for the program. Location: Chandler, AZ 85286 (Onsite)
Position: Software Engineer with Active Secret Clearance
Pay Rate: $36/hr. - $46.21/hr. on W2 (DOE)
Duration: 12 months or longer
Schedule: 9x80 A
Shift: 1st Shift
TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Supports test equipment hardware and software requirements planning, architecture development, detailed design, and integration/startup of real time computer and full hardware in loop test laboratories.
-Develops test equipment hardware and software architectures to support real time distorted scene injection into flight hardware, as part of test laboratory development.
-Develops GPU software to predict and mimic flight condition scenarios in real time test environment.
-Ensures software standards are met.
-Work in a collaborative multi discipline team environment BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-US Citizenship is required.
-Active DoD Secret security clearance investigated within the last 5 years with existing DD254 on the GPI program
-Bachelor of Science/Engineering degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related degree and 6 years of related experience, or a Master of Science degree in a related discipline and 4 years of related experience.
-Software development experience in C, C , C and/or Java in Linux and/or Windows environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience in design, integration and testing with real time computer in loop and hardware in loop test laboratories.
-Experience in developing interfaces to support weapon system integration efforts.
-Familiarity with 6 degree of freedom simulation systems and integration of 6DoF simulation models into a real time environment for test as you fly scenarios.
-Experience IR scene injection into electronics for processing in real time embedded flight firmware/software.
-GPU Development experience to present real time constrained scene generation.
-Experience working in an Agile framework and team environment. Ability to work with multi discipline team and a dynamic work environment.
