Responsibilities

- Onboard applications to Client's IdM, IAM stack

- Build test automations for testing IdM sync mappings

- Interact with stakeholders on roadmap, design and implementation specific expectations

- Coordinate with the Offshore team (India) on IGA implementation, coordinate back with stakeholders onsite.

- Review and test the work done by offshore team to validate that deliverables are as per expectations

Required Skills

- Extensive experience working with any vendor IdM, IGA (nice to have Forgerock)

- Deployment

- Sync, provisioning

- Understanding on IGA functionality and User interface

- Request Access, Access Review, Object certification

- Notifications

- Extensive experience building customizations on IDM/IGA deployments

- Experience with Rest and GraphQL API integrations

- Experience with OIDC, FIDO, SSO, Session management and OAuth2

- Good understanding on RBAC, Scope Claim based access, Policy based access

- CI/CD, testing automation and frameworks
Experience with Java, Spring, Node.js and Javascript

Will start focusing on the developing skills once further into their onboarding Building customizations, scripts, will be a mix but will not be building completely new code.
This person will be involved in the tech discussions with architects and leads and this person will be the one to execute the plans

Required Skills (top 3 to 5/ non-negotiables):
Java (most important), C , etc. experience
Customization and scripting experience
Should be aware of the access management spectrum
Domain knowledge more important than product knowledge
IDM domain experience and programming experience

(nice to have)
Node and React
CI/CD documentation
Test automation frameworks

Minimum overall 10+ years, minimum 4-5+ years in IDM - complex product and need to have project complexity experience
Degree is not needed but relevant industry experience is needed

Open to all, primary good identity and access management background or if they have experience building and developing identity and access management background, IDM Domain knowledge is most important
