Triaplex, Inc. is looking for Software Engineer with a background in
Java, Python, and writing SQL to join our team. This position will support a mission-focused customer during the full life-cycle development of a
Radio Frequency Processing System. Additional experience with MATLAB is a plus.
Key Responsibilities - Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Debug existing software and correct defects using multiple languages (Java, Python, SQL)
- Interface with database to perform queries and optimize flow of data
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
- Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards
- Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
- Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and models to predict outcome and consequences of design
- Ensure quality control of all developed and modified software
- Confer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- At least 7 years' demonstrated relevant experience as a Software Engineer.
- Four years' additional relevant software engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
- TS/SCI with polygraph
Desired Skillsets - Proficient developing in Java, Python, and using SQL
- Experience with MATLAB is desired
