Job DescriptionRole: Software EngineerExperience: 4-6 YearsLocation: East Windsor, NJ (Hybrid)Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing deployments, resolving technical issues, and contributing to development efforts when required. This role requires hands-on experience in working with Tomcat, Maven, and handling deployment processes for client projects, including but not limited to Molina Healthcare and other key clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance Java and Spring-based applications.
- Manage application deployments using Tomcat and Maven, ensuring seamless release cycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DevOps and deployment-related issues across environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, and support) to ensure smooth deployments and post-deployment stability.
- Act as a key technical resource for client-specific deployments, including for Molina Healthcare and other clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Support production environments by identifying and resolving critical issues.
- Document deployment processes, configuration steps, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- When required, contribute to active development tasks or defect fixes.
Mandatory Skills: - Java (Core and Advanced)
- Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
- DevOps processes and tools
- Tomcat (Application Server management)
- Maven (Build and Dependency Management)
Preferred Skills: - Experience working in the healthcare domain.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
- Strong understanding of application monitoring and logging tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
