What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain high-performance software for autonomous and mission-critical systems.
- Translate mission needs into functional software designs and user stories.
- Guide and support junior engineers on best practices and coding standards.
- Lead integration, testing, and debugging activities for real-time applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support system-level and flight testing efforts.
- Contribute to software architecture decisions and interface definitions.
Your Toolkit
- 5+ years in software engineering roles
- Proficiency in C , Python, or Java
- Experience in real-time software development
- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD tools, and collaborative development environments (e.g., Git, Jenkins, JIRA)
Bonus Points For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related technical field
- Simulation or autonomy development experience
- Agile/Scrum software development experience
- Prior exposure to robotics, machine learning, or unmanned systems
- Active Secret clearance (preferred) or the ability to obtain one post-start
