Advise on decision-making, contribute to policy development, and influence stakeholders using data analysis, risk mitigation, and complex problem-solving.
Own operational effectiveness and risk control, ensuring alignment with governance standards and strategic business goals.
Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and persuasively to various audiences, aligning team efforts with enterprise goals.
Profile
Broad IAM Expertise: Strong background in Identity and Access Management, with in-depth knowledge of identity protocols, authentication, authorization, identity federation, and industry tools and taxonomy.
Protocol & Tool Proficiency: Skilled in OAuth2, OIDC, PKI, PSD2 SCA, and possession-based authentication, with hands-on experience in ForgeRock and Ping Identity suite (PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS).
Development & Integration Skills: Proficient in JavaScript and/or Java, with experience designing scalable IAM APIs for integration with both internal and external systems.
Custom Implementations: Capable of building custom authentication trees in PingAM, integrating with external threat detection tools (e.g., ThreatMetrix, BioCatch), and establishing data links via LDAPS, JDBC, SOAP, and HTTPS.
Collaborative DevSecOps Mindset: Experienced in working cross-functionally with security, engineering, compliance, and product teams to embed identity-first security practices throughout the DevSecOps lifecycle.
