Software Engineer

FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to backfill a critical role supporting data-driven mission objectives in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will bring a strong programming background, hands-on data experience, and a passion for making complex information usable and actionable. Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph - Strict requirement

• Extensive experience programming in ECL, SQL, Python/Spark, or Java

• Deep familiarity with structured data, including working across multiple tables, understanding data types, and integrating data from diverse sources

• Demonstrated mission experience with data modeling, including designing data structures that align with operational requirements

• Proven ability and curiosity to deep dive into datasets to uncover meaning, resolve inconsistencies, and validate quality
