What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails for the backend and React for the frontend.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure scalability and performance.
• Build and scale RESTful APIs to support AI-driven workflows and user interactions.
• Implement intuitive and performant UI components in React, collaborating with design and product teams.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance across the stack as we scale.
• Work closely with AI researchers and product teams to integrate machine learning models into the platform seamlessly

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and background job processing (Sidekiq preferred).
• Experience with scalable API development and RESTful services.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with ML/AI applications or prior experience in AI-driven products.
• (Bonus) Exposure to React or frontend development is a plus.
