We are seeking talented Software Engineers to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance our technological capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a central service to handle requests and translate them to the necessary hardware handlers.
  • Create and maintain handlers for interfacing with individual hardware components.
  • Ensure compliance with the CMOSS (C4ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards) framework.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of software development experience.
  • Proven experience in developing hardware abstraction layers and embedded systems.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C and experience with hardware interface protocols.
  • Familiarity with CMOSS compliance and standards is ideal
  • Experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Software-Defined Radios (SDRs).
  • Experience with automated unit and integration testing.
  • Experience with Built-In Test (BIT) and diagnostics, specifically using the VITA 46.11 standard.
  • Experience integrating with RF hardware components (excluding firmware or FPGA development).
  • Knowledge of government standards such as MORA, Victory, and VITA 49.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare (EW) and Signals Intelligence (SIGNIT) systems.
  • Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux.
  • Strong understanding of hardware-software integration and debugging.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
