The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for enabling, optimizing, and maintaining security tools within the organization. This role requires the development, integration, and support of software solutions to ensure security and compliance. The engineer will drive the adoption of best practices, improve risk management, and maximize ROI and time-to-value. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of tools that provide Software Supply Chain Security, Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST). Good to have exposure to tools such as JFrog Curation, Cycode ASPM platform, and Endor Labs SCA.
Responsibilities: - Security Tools Management: Enable and optimize security tools to enhance organizational security posture.
- Best Practices Advocacy: Drive the adoption of security best practices across teams and projects.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve risk management and compliance.
- ROI Maximization: Analyze and improve time-to-value and return on investment for security solutions.
- Tool Utilization: Ensure effective usage of security tools, providing engineering and development support as needed.
- System Integration: Perform system integration of software and hardware to ensure consistent program throughput.
- Documentation Development: Develop, validate, and test user documentation and technical specifications.
- Innovation and Problem Solving: Apply existing technology in innovative ways to solve complex problems and improve performance.
- Collaboration and Networking: Network with senior internal and external personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Mentorship: Guide and influence junior engineers, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth.
Qualifications: Minimum Requirement: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline required.
Preferred Requirement: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
