Key Responsibilities

Your Role:

  • Tackle Business Challenges: Understand and address complex business needs with effective software solutions.
  • Lead Development Efforts: Guide the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Support and Enhance: Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including bug fixes, report creation, and data updates.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with the C / .NET tech stack
  • Experience developing and maintaining distributed systems
  • Familiarity with storage persistence technologies
  • Knowledge of cross-platform UI frameworks like React Native or Flutter
  • Comfort working with and improving legacy codebases
  • Experience with Delphi / Object Pascal is a plus

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with full-stack application development in a collaborative setting
  • Strong grasp of modern software engineering practices and principles
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new programming languages and tools
  • Previous experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing context
  • Familiarity with database management and development
  • A solid foundation in mathematics, with knowledge of structural or civil engineering being beneficial
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring junior engineers
