Key Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Tackle Business Challenges: Understand and address complex business needs with effective software solutions.
- Lead Development Efforts: Guide the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to coding, testing, and deployment.
- Support and Enhance: Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including bug fixes, report creation, and data updates.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with the C / .NET tech stack
- Experience developing and maintaining distributed systems
- Familiarity with storage persistence technologies
- Knowledge of cross-platform UI frameworks like React Native or Flutter
- Comfort working with and improving legacy codebases
- Experience with Delphi / Object Pascal is a plus
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with full-stack application development in a collaborative setting
- Strong grasp of modern software engineering practices and principles
- Willingness to adapt and learn new programming languages and tools
- Previous experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing context
- Familiarity with database management and development
- A solid foundation in mathematics, with knowledge of structural or civil engineering being beneficial
- Leadership experience, including mentoring junior engineers
