Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Client's fast-paced, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while working closely with analysts, product managers, and testing staff throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the assigned product and its business objectives and roadmap.
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using C , SQL, and web frameworks.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure code quality and performance.
Demonstrate the ability to drive technical objectives to completion both independently, and by working with a cross-functional team.
Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, analysts, and testing staff to deliver software features and enhancements that meet the product requirements and user stories.
Provide technical input and feedback to the product team and the engineering team on the technical feasibility and stability of the product.
Support the deployment and maintenance of the product in production environments.
Solve technical problems and provide solutions that are aligned with the product vision and goals.
Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the product and engineering domain.
Demonstrate an excellent capacity to solve problems with technical solutions.
Foster a collaborative culture.
Cultivate and uphold trust from team members, peers, and the organization.

Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience as a software engineer
Enthusiastic self-starter capable of quickly taking ownerships of technical features
Decisiveness, good judgment, analytical/math/strategic aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to interface with and influence all levels of the organization
Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, procedures, and development tools
Outstanding teamwork and development abilities
Experience with SQL or similar database technology
Experience with C or similar programming language
Understanding of application development, database design and system design
Experience with agile development
