Job Description Position Summary: Triumph is a transportation fintech company whose software engineers develop industry-leading financial products that help drive our business forward by improving the efficiency of our internal users and delighting our clients.

We are looking for critical thinking, problem-solving engineers from a variety of backgrounds that are versatile, enthusiastic, and have a passion for technology and product development. As a software engineer, you'll work on one of our product teams critical to Triumph's strategic objectives with opportunities to work collaboratively with other talented cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Designers, Architects, and Engineers.

What you'll be responsible for:
  • Contribute across the full product lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvements
  • Work within a cross-functional product team with other engineers, product managers, designers, and business analysts
  • Ensure implementations are testable, secure, performant, scalable, and fault-tolerant
  • Be able to operate in a highly regulated environment (SOX Compliance)
Experience and Education:

The successful candidate will possess business operations experience and skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent skills and experience.
Some additional skills and abilities we're seeking:
  • Development experience in C /.NET and SQL and React or Angular.
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Preferred: Experience with Build/Deploy technologies (e.g. Azure DevOps, Maven, Github)
  • Preferred: Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform)
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Strong initiative and drive with high productivity and work ethic
The full salary range for this role is $104,800 - $162,400 USD Annually.
