Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an AI/ML Engineer (Python) for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our largest clients.

Candidates should be willing to work on our W-2 ONLY, NO c2c,

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (Python)

Role Type: W2 only

Duration: 12 months

Locations: Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Phoenix/Chandler, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX

Technical Skills: 5 years of experience developing with Python

PROJECT DETAILS:

We are seeking talented and passionate Python, R, AI/ML engineers to join our growing team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in generative AI and agentic AI. You will be responsible for designing and developing agentic solutions and integrating these capabilities into our existing systems. You will have the opportunity to research and implement new AI/ML techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement agentic frameworks for autonomous problem-solving and task execution.

• Integrate Gen AI capabilities into existing software systems and workflows.

• Conduct research and experimentation with new AI/ML techniques and algorithms.

• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and scale AI solutions.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in Gen AI and Agentic AI.

• Contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages is required.

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks like AutoGen, Langchain, LangGraph etc.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with GenAI models like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LlamaPreferred Skills:
• Experience in Java and/or SAS programming language

• Experience in using copilot and building custom solutions within copilot"Beware of scams. S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process."
