Software Engineer III

Primary Skills: React (Expert), NodeJS (Advanced), Typescript (Advanced), CI/CD (Expert), Design Tools (Intermediate), Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 4+ Months Location: Mountain View CA (, 3 days/Week onsite) Pay Range: $80.00 - $90.00 Per Week Job Summary: Join the Design Systems team as a Software Engineer to innovate and build industry-leading design system tools. This role involves empowering designers and developers for unified experiences and requires hands-on coding and mentorship contributions. You'll participate in the complete lifecycle of product development from gathering requirements to deploying and maintaining applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop specifications and plan projects & tests based on gathered functional requirements. Design, develop, and deliver high-quality web or mobile applications, ensuring comprehensive documentation. Mentor junior engineers and apply technical expertise to solve challenging programming and design problems. Address defects during QA, pre-production, production, and post-release patches. Collaborate effectively with various teams across Intuit to achieve results and contribute to the design and architecture of projects. Must Have Skills: Proficiency in React and Typescript. Strong experience with Node.js. Expertise in Design Systems with knowledge of design tools like Figma. Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and web services implementation.
